Build email in Litmus

• Create new + name email → US_PCG_ATTProduct_CMC_Cell_Project_CoreProduct
• select corresponding template | default = generic
• Drag + drop modules based on Figma file
• Paste copy based on Figma file
• Add preview text and subject lines based on Figma file
• Add image alt text
• Add CMC# to the footer under the legal
• Sync to Eloqua

Create + add tracking

• Create SCID (PCG Campaign Code) ?s_cid=EM-PCG_ATT_CMC#_Cell#_RET_ProjectTYCore&elqTrack=true
• Update tracking UTM manager (Litmus)
• Deselect app.eq.intuit (it will break the tracking + links)

Update email settings in Eloqua

• From name → Intuit Accountants
• From email address → IntuitAccountants@eq.accountants.intuit.com
• Footer
• Code → Unicode
• Manage links → track all links
• Send self test send

Post to WF as a proof

• View email online
• Copy CMC# → File → print → save as PDF → name with CMC#
• Upload as proof to WF
• Notify reviewers → comment on proof + tag

Finalize emails

• Send self + segment partner tests from Eloqua
• Make edits + resend based on segment feedback
• Unsync approved emails in Litmus
• Final update in Eloqua
  • Delete teal Litmus code
  • Code → Unicode
  • Manage links → track all links

Add emails to canvas

Upload approved email PDF’s + view online links to DR alert “components”

Upload PDF’s to corresponding CRM Gdrive folder
